A CdV by Paul Emile Pesme of Christian Perrin a French actor and opera singer, born January 1, 1821 in Paris where he died in December 1889.
An expressive portrait with nice details. His uniform is based on the Revolutionary French soldiers, wearing rags, a 'bicorne' and clogs.

Pesme started his photographic activities in 1856 and stopped in 1895. Specializing in making carte de visite portraits, he worked with several actors.
