Early amateur photo by Jacques Henri Alfred Odart de Parigny. It was photographed at the Château du Bouchet. This beautiful and lovely portrait of mother and daughter was made around 1861. A chair from the living room was used outside in the garden to make this portrait. The woman on the left holds a book and a flower in her hands. She smiles during the exposure. The little girl moves her head and gives the portrait a more spontaneous feel.
