E. Atget: Portail rue du Temple, Paris 3e, ca. 1910
An excellent and representative example of Atget's "Vieux Paris" series.
Several typical elements are visible in the print: uneven trimmed, vignetting, clips for holding the negative.
Nice detail: a person in uniform is posing in the centre of this empty street view. Could be a police- or mailman.
Albumen print on original cardboard in very good condition.
ca. 21,6 x 18 cm
