One person (the photographer?) is sitting on the car with a dog behind him. He's driving the first one! (an assistant?). He shouts something I can't read. The third one (another assistant?) is pushing/pulling on the 'photographic van' under a cloudy sky.

A very nice and fascinating 'primitive' caricature about the early days of photography.
