Disdéri: Mme Delphine Fix, Paris 1860
An albumen CdV by Disdéri of actress Delphine Fix (1831 – 1864) looking in a mirror while doing her hair. Delphine-Eléonore Fix was a French actress. She entered the Comédie Française in 1849.
She is buried in the cemetery of Montmartre.
'Delphine Fix - Comédie française' and negative number (23336) at the back in a later hand (Maurice Levert). Albumen print in very good condition with excellent tonality. Interesting pose.
