An interesting duo.
The Original WWI stereo is matched with a vintage sample print. Both are silver gelatine prints. Some normal traces of use.
The sample print is titled "Morts enterrés dans les tranchées". In the negative of the stereo there is a slightly different text visible between the images: "Que des morts sommairement enterrés dans les trenches mêmes." A French soldier found a skull in the tranches of World War 1.
