We are pleased to invite you to the second edition of the Vienna Vintage Photo Fair, scheduled to take place on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at the MuseumsQuartier Vienna (Architekturzentrum/Podium). Following the success of the inaugural fair in 2023, which drew over 1,000 visitors, this year’s event promises an even greater experience. The fair offers a rare opportunity within German-speaking countries to discover and acquire original photo-historical rarities. With the participation of 35 domestic and international specialists, the fair will showcase a diverse array of art and vernacular photography. This year, we look forward to the participation of dealers from Austria, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Argentina.
The Vienna Vintage Photo Fair envisions itself as a trade fair catering to creative individuals in search of inspiration, for curators, historians, regional researchers, nostalgics, interior designers and a general audience with an appreciation for art and culture. The event is not only designed to serve as a platform for like-minded people, but also aims to stimulate interest and curiosity in historical photography in general. Take the opportunity to travel back in time from the perspective of the first photographers of the 19th and early 20th centuries and acquire a piece of contemporary history.
